Boiling eggs for dinner. I didn’t know eggs were an unusual addition to tuna salad until I grew up, because my mother always puts them in her tuna salad. I learned to make it by watching her. Also mayo (natch) mustard, relish. Except today it will be chopped sweet pickles because I’m out of relish.
